Then come and try our outdoor classes, a great way to increase fitness, improve mental well-being and meet some fantastic people.  We train in various locations across Huddersfield, every location offers different challenges.  A great way to mix it up & keep training interesting.


Dan, came to me as a 1 on 1 Client and trained for 12 weeks. He wanted to get in shape for his summer holidays.  Dan lost an incredible 5 inches from his waist and started to build a decent physique.  Dan also attended outdoor fitness classes on numerous occasions.

Lisa attends 2/3 weekly outdoor sessions without fail every week and has some truly amazing results.  Initially wanting to lose some post natal fat, Lisa has absolutely demolished the Body Plan and has increased her fitness and health ten fold.

Not a fan of gyms?

Don't worry, we offer 3 weekly outdoor classes using New College Fields as our home but mixing up the Saturday morning sessions in various locations; Scammonden Dam, Castle Hill, Beaumont Park, Huddersfield Canal, Greenhead Park etc. 

Weekly schedule

Monday 18:30 - HIIT & Pilates @ New College Fields

Wednesday 18:30 - Kettlebell & glute bands @ NC Fields

Saturday 08:00 - Outdoor in Various locations
