Weekly Hybrid Classes

The hybrid classes are all classes where the team will do similar things unless you have any injuries or restrictions etc in which case, exercises will be adapted.  The intensity / difficulty of all the classes really depend on you and how much you would like to be pushed etc.

 

HYBRID is a combination of strength, calisthenics, HIIT, Hyrox, boxing and kinetic stretching. 

 

All our classes are personalised to suit everyone's individual capabilities, all our classes are a mixture of men and women in their 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's.

Hybrid Monday's
6:30pm

In this bootcamp we use our "BE-FIT challenges' 

Which are a type of training that doesn't leave any stone unturned, a training that is balanced and rather than only improving one aspect, improves every training component possible; ⬇️

 

💃 Body shape (by building muscle), 

 🏃‍♀️ fitness 

🧘‍♂️ mobility and flexibility. 

 

In this bootcamp we focus on improving; 

 

Strength, fitness, mobility, flexibility and building muscle.

Hybrid Wednesday's
6:30pm

Hybrid Wednesday's are similar to the Monday Hybrid session except we finish with 15 or 20 minutes of kinetic stretching at the end of the session.

BOX-FIT
Friday's 6:30pm

FITNESS / SELF DEFENCE / FUN

 

Whether you want to release some frustration, learn some self defence techniques or you just want to try out a super fun, effective way to improve fitness, Friday night BOX-FIT has you covered. 

 

Coached by the talented Shane, every Friday, you will learn new boxing techniques, see and improvement in your fitness and most importantly enjoy the process.

AB-FIT
Saturday's 8:00am

🤸‍♂️Plank club & AB-FIT

 

We focus on strengthening the inner core muscles, pelvic floor muscles and outer abdominal muscles via challenges and workouts that are personalised to each individual and their capabilities.  Perfect for post natal and anyone who wants to strengthen and build their abdominal muscles.

GLUTEcamp
Sunday's 10:00am

🍑 GLUTEcamp every Sunday we train the legs and focus on the Glutes (bum muscle) to help improve flexibility, mobility, shape and to improve running, speed, balance etc, ultimately making life easier 💪
