12 WEEK CHALLENGE FAQS
What's included in the 12 week challenge? It starts with your consultation. This is our chance to get to know you and devise you a personalised lifestyle and training program by understanding your abilities and goals. You'll get access to 2 X weekly Personal Training sessions and as many classes as you need each week. Our personal training sessions run in the morning and evenings. You can also join any of our classes - they're held at fixed times every week. Find our schedules from the text links above.
How do I get started? Simple. you can start, as soon as you like! There is no set starting point because your program starts when you leave the building after your initial consultation. This whole plan is personalised to you so you can start whenever is convenient to you. If you're ready to jump in, you can make payment here. What if i'm a complete beginner? No problem. The 12 week challenge is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. We get to know your ability level and your goals in the consultation, so every training session will be tailored to you. You'll have coach support at all times so you go at the right pace for you - and build confidence as you progress.
How long are the sessions Our personal training sessions are 60 minutes long and our classes are also 60 minutes.
What if I miss my sessions? You can keep any missed personal training sessions in loo and add them onto other weeks as long as you inform one of the coaches in advance.
What if I have an existing injury? We've got you. A lot of people come to us with aches and pains or an injury history. We'll discuss all this in your consultation, carefully plan your lifestyle and training program around any restrictions, and set you on your path to full mobility and strength.
What facilities are available? Our facility has both womens and mens changing rooms with showers and toilets.
What happens after my 12 week challenge? if you've loved your 12 week challenge, you can easily transition to full membership. Membership fees range from £100 per month to £168 per month, depending on how much personal training you want. You can choose from one, two, three or four sessions a week. All members also have unlimited access to classes. Memberships work on a monthly rolling basis and are subject to a 28 day notice period. If you decide BE-FIT isn't for you after your 12 week challenge, there's no commitment to stay another day.
