I can highly recommend Body Evolution Fitness!
Steven has a great client-focused approach with a brill knowledge base. One of the reasons I chose him as my PT is that he provides diet advice/food tracking alongside the physical training sessions.
The food tracking has been really easy and doesn't take much time at all. It's been really useful to learn more about food and make healthier choices.
In terms of the physical training sessions, Steven has the perfect balance of letting you work at your own pace, whilst encouraging you to push yourself. He always explains how each different exercise is working the body, and how that will help you to reach your goals.
Steven's constant encouragement and help, the sessions and food tracking have helped me to see results that I would not have expected in such a short space of time.
In 8 weeks I've lost 11 pounds, and lost 2 1/4 inches from my waist and 1 3/4 inches from my hips! I already feel healthier and have lots more energy- I'm a happier me. You can do it too!
After the birth of my second son, I wanted to lose nearly 5 stone. I was worried because I just didn't have enough time to go to the gym or exercise in general. I didn't want to go down the "fad diet" route either because I have friends who have tried them and failed in the long term. I took it upon myself to start doing some research and I signed up to Body Evolution Body Plan. It taught me the basics of nutrition and explained in depth about the Caloric deficit. I'm not going to lie, it blew me away. We seem to have being lied to all these years.
After 6 months of being signed up I have lost over 4 stone just by improving my nutrition. By counting my calories and remaining in a deficit I am continuing to lose weight 1 or 2 pounds per week. I couldn't recommend the Body Plan enough. Changed my life completely.
I won't lie, at first I was apprehensive as I'm sure most people are when they decide enough is enough, my mind was plagued with thoughts like:
Was it going to be a waste of money? Would it fit into my very busy life?
What if I failed the eating plan and didn't lose weight? Would I like the coach and would he understand my eating issues/binging/stress/diabetes?
However I'd found myself in this position before and concluded if I didn't do something now then I likely won't do it at all, I plucked up the courage and contacted Steven.

The nutritional guidance and education, through the online support has been invaluable. I found his exercise videos very easy to understand and easy to learn. Steven is not your stereo typical personal trainer. He really cares. He listens and he makes you think. He wants people to take control of their diet/exercise and transform their lives. I am indebted to him for helping me on this journey. I'm 5 stone 5 pounds lighter and feel fantastic. After trying every diet known to man. I'm less stressed, I have more energy and therefore I'm a nicer person to be around.
I can't thank Steven enough for his on-going support, guidance and patience. If you're serious about losing weight and creating healthy habits I'd highly recommend Steven as a coach he's truly changed my outlook on health and fitness, thank you.
